This page provides the goals and itinerary of the TWI for the Children's  Leadership Training Workshop to be held in Bijelo, Montenegro in  2010.  University students from the United States, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia - Herzegovina  attended the  workshop.

PURPOSE

Purpose of the TWI Leadership Training Camp is to bring "TWI for the Children" Camp to Kids   leadership teams from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, and Croatia to join our American team for the TWI Leadership Workshop program at the orphanage in Bijela, Montenegro. 

 

 

The Goal of the Leadership Training Camp is to: 


(1) Discuss career skills necessary for working in a multicultural workplace. The workshops is informal and will be held in conjunction with the "TWI camp for the Children" at the Montenegro orphanage. Participants will  share in all discussions. 

(2)  Invite team members with successful careers to discuss their careers, how they selected their career, are they happy, are they successful.  

(3) Discuss the careers open to young people today, what they are willing to do to be successful, steps to success, happiness and success and is it necessary to be happy in order to be successful.

 
 
Proposed Schedule:  
Thursday, 
  • Teams from Kosovo, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro and the US arrive during the day at Bijela, Montenegro. 
  • Leadership program begins with "Welcome Dinner" and the initial workshop.
  • Overnight at the Villa located on the grounds of the orphanage
Friday, 
  • 8:00 - 10:00 AM: Breakfast and leadership workshop program.
  • 10:15 - 12:15: Participate in Camp for children at the Bijela Orphanage.
  • 12:30 - 1:30 PM: Lunch at the Villa and the Leadership Workshop program.
  • 3:00 - 5:00 PM Free time for swimming and individual activities.
  • 5:30 - 8:00 PM: Dinner and Leadership Training Program.
  • Evening free - optional drive to Herzeg-Novi for the evening 
  • Overnight at the Villa
Saturday, 
  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast and Leadership Program
  • 1:00 - 3:00 PM: Camp activities and Closing Program for Camp to Kids.
  • 3:00 PM: Free Time
  • 5:30 - 8:00 PM: Dinner and Leadership Camp Program
  • Evening Free
Sunday,
  •  8:00 - 12:00 AM: Breakfast and final Leadership Workshop
  • Closing Ceremony
  • Departure
